Students Re-enrolling to GCPS

Students who have previously attended a GCPS school, have left the GCPS school system, and have returned to GCPS, are considered re-enrolling students. Those students will have a pre-existing Student ID number and will be assigned the same Student ID number.

Please note that 5th graders attending Duncan Creek ES, Fort Daniel ES, or Puckett's Mill ES will not need to register for 6th Grade. Their enrollment will roll over automatically as long as your child is zoned to attend Osborne Middle School.

STEP 1:

Withdraw your student from his/her current school and obtain a withdrawal packet.

STEP 2:

1. View the New Student Registration Guide.
2. See the list of  Required Documentation for school registration. Much of the registration process, including the uploading of documents needed for registration, will be completed online. Most document attachments (PDF, JPG, DOC, PNG, etc.) are compatible. The file size limit is 2 MB. Make sure to have digital copies of your documents ready to ensure a faster and smoother registration process.
3. Complete the GCPS Online Registration.
