Student Passwords

As we prepare for the 2026–27 school year, we are updating our student login and cybersecurity systems.   All passwords were reset on July 8th, 2026.  Please review the updates below for your student's grade level so you know what to expect. 

Pre-K through 2nd Grade: Picture Passwords

Our youngest learners will continue using student numbers and two pre-selected pictures to log in.

• Setup Recommendation: Please wait until the school year begins. Teachers will work hand in hand with Pre-K through 2nd-grade students during the first week of school to set up or refresh their pictures. There is no need to attempt this at home.

Grades 3 through 5: New Text Passwords & Picture MFA

Students in 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade are transitioning from full picture passwords to standard accounts. This will be a brand-new process for them!

• The Password: They will transition to a 12-character text password.
• Picture MFA: For an added layer of security, they will use pictures for their Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) step.

Grades 6 through 12: Enhanced Security & Picture MFA

Our secondary students will also align with these updated security protocols.

• The Password: Older students will use a 12-character password.
• Picture MFA: Like the upper elementary students, they will also use pictures for their Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) step.
