All students must have a completed permission slip to participate.
Mission:
To foster a lifelong love of reading and build a collaborative, supportive community by stepping directly into a wild new world —uniting fans and newcomers to explore themes of loyalty, friendship, and bravery through creative storytelling, artistic expression, and interactive team challenges.
Description of Activities:
We will kick off the club by reading the very first book, “Into the Wild” by Erin Hunter. To bring this world to life, club members will take quizzes to discover their own warrior names and Clans,and draft territory maps. Meetings will balance collaborative storytelling (co-writing original stories on shared documents) and active team challenges. Finally, we will host competitive trivia battles and participate in "patrols" where we would go on nature walks or help our community by collecting trash.
Student Requirements:
All students are welcome to join! Please attend meetings and bring a positive attitude! Be ready to participate in engaging discussions about our current book, and ways we can help benefit our community.
Cost/Dues:
Not at this time (up to $25 if a shirt is decided on).
