Mission:

Relay for Life raises funds for the American Cancer Society as well as celebrating cancer survivors and remembering loved ones lost to cancer. The mission of the American Cancer Society is to improve the lives of people with cancer and their families through advocacy, research, and patient support, to ensure everyone has an opportunity to prevent, detect, treat, and survive cancer. 

Description of Activities:

Students will plan and execute schoolwide fundraisers to raise money for the American Cancer Society. Students will decide on a theme, t-shirt design, and booth design and create items to sell at the booth at the Gwinnett County Relay for Life event in April 2026.

Student Requirements:

Students should be responsible for coming to meetings and helping with fundraising events before school and during homeroom.
