Mission:
The Sketchbook Drawing Club welcomes all students who enjoy doodling and drawing. This club is all about exploring creativity through drawing and meeting other fellow drawers. Drawing skill level does not matter to join this club, whether you are a beginner or an expert. It is for anyone who enjoys drawing and doodling in their sketchbook!
Description of Activities:
Students will meet and bring their own sketchbook and supplies to experiment and explore different drawing techniques and topics. On the first meeting date, students will be given a list of drawing ideas to use as inspiration. This list can be used throughout the school year, so students can continue to explore beyond club meeting dates.
Student Requirements:
Interested students must fill out the application. Applications are due no later than August 29, 2025. Click Here to apply.
Drawing skill level is not considered as part of the application process. Any student who enjoys drawing can apply for this club. Students are asked to come prepared with a positive attitude and their own drawing materials, such as sketchbooks, pencils, colored pencils, markers, and any other drawing material. Please avoid bringing any wet painting materials, such as acrylic, tempera, and watercolor paint.
Cost:
The only cost will be a $10 fee for the club t-shirt. Fees are paid using MyPaymentsPlus. Students are encouraged to bring their own sketchbook and drawing supplies.
